The regional service centers maintain sufficient inventory of spares for any eventualities or breakdowns. All the available communications gizmos like Telephones, e-mail, Mobiles, Internet etc. are utilized for providing services.
We undertake Annual Maintenance service contract for maintenance of our Flow metering products, accessories & Terminal Automation Systems. These contracts are for both, hardware & software. They can be comprehensive ( including visits & replacement of spare parts ) or only visit basis. Duration of the contract is one year, which has to be renewed thereafter. The scope under Annual Maintenance contract is generally as under :
- Service engineer visit to site on quarterly basis to carry out preventive maintenance
- Visit to site against specific calls (Break down repairs).
- Replacement of spare parts, if necessary.
- To provide technical assistance for Meter calibration during stamping by Weights & Measures department.
- Contract may be terminated by either party by giving six months notice in writing.
Installation & Commissioning
The comprehensive Installation & Commissioning services, offered by Vermont, ensures speedy & timely completion of projects. The entire erection & commissioning operation is carefully monitored & supervised by a qualified team of experienced project engineers.
Training
Vermont conducts regular training program at site or at its manufacturing facility to impart training on basic maintenance modules, calibration, managing critical spares, enhanching reliability and accuacy of products. All training programs are designed to suit customers needs.
